Lynn Buchanan, Paul George, Larry Mattson (present after 1:55 p.m.),
John Puccinelli, and Bernard Sims
Staff: City Manager Zais, City Attorney Paolella and City Clerk Roberts
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (PLEASE ALLOW 30
MINUTES)
The Council moved into Executive Session at 1:33 p.m. for approximately 30 minutes
to discuss pending litigation.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 1:58 p.m.
