Moved. by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following claims be allowed and the City,Clerkw_authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense 08 332.23; L.I.D °s $1,146.82; Irrigation $623.81; L.I.D. Guaranty $150.00; Fixed Estimate 435.00; F. R. & P. $1.25;.Cemetery $46; 7; P. R. & P..$74.50• L.I.D. RESOLUTION NO. 0- 2c)2,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That it is its intention to improve the property on the east side of North Fourth Street from East ".F” Street to the northerly city limits, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks five feet in width, and by doing all such other-work-as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance *ith the plans.a.nd specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk: The district to be served by and assessed for the above described liiprovement is described as follows, to -wit: Lots 11 to 16, inclusive, Block 92, Lot,s 9 to 16, inclusive, Block 83, and Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of Block 84, City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington. All perso.ns who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections, if any, at a meeting of -the City Commission to be-held at its office in the,City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County; Washington, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 6th day of December., 1937, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense in connection with the construction of said improvement, including the engineering, inspection, advertising, publication of notices, and all other expenses incident thereto, shall be levied and assessed ag&Inst all of the property legally and properly assessable.therefor as provided by law and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City,Commission at or prior• to; the date fixed herein fore said, hearing, all of the data_ and other in- formation required by law to be by him submitted.- ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 15th day of November, 1937.
