The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting-of Mon-
day, October 11th, 1937 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried,
Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call;
Moved by Washburn, seconded by.Clark that this being the time for the hearing on the
a.ssessment..roll in Local Improvement District No. 515, for the construction of a sewer
In the Hamberg Tract, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said
assessment roll or any part thereof; it is hereby ordered that the ordinance confirm-
ing said assessment roll and every part thereof or passed as finally read: carried,
Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll calla
ORDINANCE NO. B -244, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local
Improvement District No. 507, and providing for the issuance ob bonds -with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Clark and
read by the City Clerk.

call.

burn and Clark present on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. C- 287? A RESOLUTION.authorizing the sale of Lot 2, Block 2, Tennant
and Miles' Modern Addition to North Yakima (now Yakima), according to the official plat
thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Wash-
ington.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner of the following de-
scribed real property situated in Yakima County, State of Washington, to -wit:
Lot 2, Block 2, Tennant & Miles' Modern
Addition to North Yakima (now Yakima)
according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the
Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by reason of a deed therefor issued by the
Treasurer of the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City
of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent local improvement assessments, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of
Yakima.to sell said premises to ROY HUMPHREY, a bachelor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CON24ISSION OF THE
CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That said above described premises be and they are hereby author-
ized to be sold'to ROY HUMPHREY, a bachelor, for the total sum of Seventy -five and
No /100 ($75.00) Dollars, said Roy Humphrey to assume all unpaid real eptate taxes now
levied against the above described property, and the Mayor, H. C. Temple, is hereby
authorized to execute a deed to spid premises, and the City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin, is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the sane for and on behalf of the said City
of Yakima.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 19th
day of October, A. D., 1937.

cinerator; providing penalties for the biola.tion hereof; repealing Ordinance No. A -619,
and Section 103 of drdinance No. A -205, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinan-
ces in conflict herewith ", and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Temple and
