Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, October 4, 1937 and. adjourned. meetings thereof be approved as re,2_d: carried,
Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ernest Ellis of the Kennel -Ellis Photography
Studio be granted a license to operate a photography studio. It was agreed that the
City Attorney, Don Tunstall should inform Mr. Ellis that the Commission was granting
the license on the condition that Mr. Ellis would discontinue the use of coupons or
tickets of any kind: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. C -282, A RESOLUTION authorizing the improvement of•certa.in streets in
the City of Yakima, Washington.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That the improvement of certain streets in the City of Yakima,
as shown by the accompanying map, by grading, shaping, rolling and applying an Asphal-
tic Road Material, according to the State Department of Highways Standard Specifica-
tions, be and the same is hereby authorized under the provisions of Chapter 187 of the
Laws of 1937•

on this 11th day of October, 1937•

as shown by the accompanying map, by grading, shaping, rolling and applying an Asphal-
