Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that the payrolls on the City Street Projects in ' the sum of $1,189.56 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the City Street Fund therefor: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye on roll call, Wash- burn absent. Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the following claims be allowed and the Cityy Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $4,160.47; City Street 12,109.39 L.I.D. Revolving $189.58; Irrigation $245.50; Cemetery $80,31; Parks $901.41; Water $x+,853.11; F. R. & P. $172.50; P. R. & P. $111.00; Delinquent Property Sales $3.15; Garage $341.25 and Municipal 44,41: carried, Temple.and Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent. Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to Saturday, September 25th, 1937 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye on.roll call, Washburn absent. ADJOURNED MEETING, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 1937, 9 A. M. The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Temple and Commissioner Clark present on roll call, Commissioner Washburn absent. ORDINANCE NO. B -240, entitled "AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. B -213, passed and approved August 9, 1937, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE repealing Section 2 of Ordinance No. A -240, passed and approved January 5, 1917, and entitled: "AN ORDINANCE providing for the payment of witness fees from the current expense fund and declaring an emer- gency.t° and Section 2 of Ordinance No. A -240, passed and approved January 5, 1917, en- titled: "AN ORDINANCE regulating the enforcement and satisfaction of Judgments ren- dered in the police court o f the city of North Yakima, providing for the working of prisoners-confined, in the city jail, and repealing Ordinance No. 10, and declaring an emergency." as follows: ", was introduced by Temple and read by the City Clerk.
