Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular . meeting of Mon- day, June 21st, 1937 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved-as read: carried, Tem- ple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -251, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to construct a. water system to serve all the lots, blocks and parcels of land included within the real estate hereinafter described, said improvement to consist of the completion of the necessary mains, fire hydrants, valves and other appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for do- mestic use to each lot and tract of land within the proposed district. That the district to be served by and assessed for the above de- scribed improvement is described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of West Wash- ington Street with the east line of Queen Avenue; thence east a distance of 130 feet; thence south and parallel with the center line of Queen Avenue to Lenox Avenue; thence west to a point 130 feet west of the west line of Queen Avenue; thence north and parallel with the center line of Queen Avenue to West Wash- ington Street; thence east to the point of be- ginning; the above water system to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifi- cations to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed-with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objection, if any, at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington., at the hour of ten o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1937, which time and place are hereby "fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement of objections thereto, and for determining the method of pay- ment therefor; and. the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hear- ing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable.therefor as pro- vided-by law and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to sub- mit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be by him submitted. T. HARTS and FRANCES HARTS, husband and wife, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKINA, WASHINGTON: That said above- described premises be and they are hereby author- ized to be sold to J. T. C -260, WHEREAS 'the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation, heretofore on the 12th day of March, 1937, entered into a real estate contract to sell the pro - perty hereinafter described to M. R. Eoff for the total sum of $1500.00, said property being situate in Yakima County; Washington, and described as follows, to -wit: 49 - June 28, 1937 Beginning 192.5 feet west and 20 feet south of the northeast corner of .the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 18, E.W.M., thence west 50 feet, thence south 140.75 feet, thence east 50 feet, thence north 140.75 feet to beginning, being Lot 4, Buena Vista, Unrecorded; and Beginning 242.5 feet west and 20 feet south of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the -southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 23 , Township 13 North, Range 18, E.W.M., thence west 64 feet, thence south 140.75 feet, thence east 64 feet, thence north 140.75 feet to beginning, being Lot 5, Buena Vista, unrecorded plat; and, WHEREAS, said purchaser paid at the time of entering into said contract the sum of $300.00 down, and since-said date has paid all monthly payments as the same came due;, and WHEREAS, the said purchaser has requested the City of Yakima., upon payment of the sum of $800.00 additional, to deed the south 65 feet of said de- scribed property_to him, the balance of said property to remain secured by said real estate contract, and'said contract to remain unchanged except that payments shall be made thereafter in the sum of $20.00 per month including interest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE QTY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the proper officials of the City of Yakima be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed to the following described property, situate in Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: The south 65 feet of the following described tract, to -wit: Beginning 192.5 feet west and 20 feet south of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 181 E.W.M., thence west 50 feet, thence south 140.75 feet, thence east 50 feet, thence north 140.75 feet, to beginning, being Lot 4, Buena Vista, unrecorded; and The south 65 feet of the following described tract, to -wit: Beginning 242.5 feet west and 20 feet south of the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 19, E:W.M.,-thence west 64 feet, thence south.140.75 feet, thence east 64 feet, thence north 140.75 feet to beginning, being Lot 5, Buena Vista, unrecorded plat, to M.
