The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Temple and Commissioner Wash-
burn present on roll call, Commissioner Clark absent:
ORDINANCE NO. B -1�6, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE amending Sub - section A, Section 18, Arti-
cle IV, of Ordinance No. B -131, passed and approved February 26, 1,936, and entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic, travel and transportation and their
incidents upon the streets and other ways open to the public;.prescribing the powers
and duties of officers and others in relation thereto; defining offenses; providaing
penalties and repealing certain ordinances concerned with or relating to the subject
matter of this ordinance, and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Temple and
read by the City Clerk.
