Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, April 19th, 1937 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by temple that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized.to issue warrants as follows: MacLaren Irrigation System $1372. 50; Water Dept. x$514,20: carried,.Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following claims numbered from 34715 to 34819 in the sum of $13,919.82 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue war- rants on the following funds: Current'Expense x$6,270.45; Delinquent'Property Sales $1,551.61; L.I.D. Guaranty x$500,00• Irrigation $$4,206.0 ; Fixed Estimate $$217.50; Ceme- tery $369.29; Permanent Highway $643.31; Road & Bridge 9.09; Municipal Garage $152.52; Water $5,646.04 Water Deposits $$1,109.72 and Parks x$27.72: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the claam of Mayme Schlotfeldt.in the sum of ;7,750.00 alleged to have been sustained by reason of falling on the sidewalk on South Third Street about 9 feet southwest of the southwest corner of the Capitol Theatre in Block 71, on the lst day of February, 1937 at 10:10 o'clock P. M. is hereby denied: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark_ voting; aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the claim of Juanita L. Ketter,man for damages in the sum of x$5,043.75 alleged to have been sustained by reason of slipping and falling on the sidewalk area on Garfield Avenue in front of Lot 15, Block 23, Tennant & Miles Modern Addition on the 16th day of February, 1937 at 1:15 o'clock A. M. is hereby denied: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
