Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, February 1st, 1937 beapproved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the Street Department payroll in the sum of
$93.00 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants in payment therefor:
carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -177, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments.levied for the payment of-the cost of the im-orovement in Local
Improvement District No. 505, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons at-
tached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and
read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -177 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
