The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
January 18, 1937 be approved as read carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call,
ORDINANCE NO. B -176, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local
Improvement District No. 511, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Clark and
read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -176 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Temple; Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -176 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -176 be passed as finally
-read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, January
28th, 1937 at 1:30 P. M: carried, Temple., Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.

RESOLUTION NO. C -225, A RESOLUTION authorizing the improvement of certain streets in
the City of Yakima, Washington, by the application of Raylig Road Binder.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That the Application of Raylig Road Binder to certain streets
within the limits of the City of Yakima, as shown on the accompanying map;: according
to the State Department of Highways Standard Specifications, by and the same is here-
by authorized under the provisions of Chapter ill of the Laws of 1935.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON,
on this 28th day of January, 1937•

and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Permanent Highway $64.00; Street
Dept. $1, 224,52; Sanitation $626.75; Cemetery $113.40: carried., Temple, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Temple, Washburn
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
