Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, January 4th, 1937 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -173, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install- ments of assessments.levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Focal Improvement District. No. 510, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that Ordinance. No. B -173 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
