The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 28, 1936 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that this being the time -for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. 0-224, providing for the construction of a sewer at the intersection of East
Beech Street with the alley between South Naches Avenue and South 6th Street; thence
north along the center line of said alley to the south line of East Chestnut Street;
and there being insufficient protest in writing, or otherwise, to said proposed improve-
ment or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement
district be laid on the table for one week: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn: carried, Temple, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
