Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, December 7th, 1936 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried., Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.. hIoved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 511 and there being no protests in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or.any part thereof; it -is ordered that the,-.ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof.�be passed as finall read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.. B -168, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll - covering Local Improvement District No. 511, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -159 of the ordinances of the City of Yakima "., was introduced by Clark and read. by the City, Clerk. M: carried,, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting, aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO .. C -224, ..BE- IT-RESOLVED, BY THE CITY- -COMMISSION OF. THE, CITY• "OF:.YAYIMA-,.• WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to improve that certain property herein- after described, by constructing pipe sewers with the necessary wye branches, manholes, flush tanks and water connections therefor, located as follows: Beginning at the intersection of East Beech Street 'with the alley between South Naches Avenue and South Sixth Street; thence-,north' along the center line of said alley to the south line of East'-Chestnut,Street. The district to be serveid by and assessed for the 4bo; ve' described improvement is "" described as follows, to -wit: The west half of Blocks 112, 113 , 114, 115 and 116', City -of - 'North Yakima, .now Ya'.ima Washington the above described sewers to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed, -with the City Clerk.
