Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the November 23, 1936 and adjourned meeting the Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -2:222 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn minutes of the re gular meeting of Monday, reof be approved as read: carried, Temple, CITY COMTAISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That pursuant to a Petition filed by Libby, McNeill & Libby.pray- ing that the portion of Quince Street in the City of Yakima, Washington, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima., County, Washington, lying between First Avenue North and the right of way of the NorthL ern Pacific Railway Company be vacated Monday the 28th day of December at the hour of 9:30,o' clock A. M. at the offices of the Mayor and City Commissioners of the City.of Yakima, Washington, 27 North Front Street in the City of Yakima., Washington, be and.: the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determining of said petition, and the Clerk of said city is hereby authorized and directed to give twenty (20) days notice of the pendency of said petition by written or printed notice ;;e't• °up in three of the most public places in said city, and a like notice in a conspicuous place on the portion of said Quince Street sought to be vacated, which said notice shall be in the foam prescribed by law. Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that this being the time for.the hearing on the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 510 and there:being insufficient protest by property owners in said district- against the confirmation of said roll; it is hereby- ordered 'that said assessment roll and every part thereof be confirmed by or- dinance as required by law: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark,voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -167, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement ,District No. 510, as created and established by.Ordinance No,.,'-,B-152 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Temple and read by 'the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded.by Clark that Ordinance No. B -167 be passed to its second reading and read b;y title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -167 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded.by Clark that Ordinance No. B -167 be passed as finally read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on.roll call. R. & P. $395.90; P; R. & P. $143.75; Water Dept. $2987..65; Sewage Disposal $"420.26: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. lVioved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Engineer having reported the comple- tion of the assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 505, in the sum of $6302.81; it is ordered that said report be accepted and the City Engineer--instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll and by mailing to property owners'as required by law; the hearing on said assessment roll to be on Monday, December 28th, 1936 at 9 o'clock A.
