Moved by Temple, sE�conded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 2nd, 1936 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as -read.: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $371.42• Sanitation Dept. ~$512.83; Incinerator Dept. $126.00; Cemetery $75.60; Cemetery Care $7:51.20 and Secondary Highway 1$785.37 :. carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the City Clerk give notice by publication as required by law for bids for stokers to be installed in the Library, Police, Fire and Warehouse departments; said bids to be received on Monday, November 16th, 1936 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clerk voting aye on roll. call. ORDINANCE NO. B -165, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE granting to Oregon- Washington Railroad & Navigation Company, a corporation, and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, their successors, assigns and lessees, the right, privilege and authority to lay down, construct, maintain and operate railway spur tracks in, upon, along and across certain streets, avenues, alleys and public places within the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Temple and read by the City Clerk. Moved-by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -165 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -165 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -165 be passed as finally read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Temple, secondedby Clark that we do::now adjourn to meet Tuesday, November 10th, 1936 at 2 o'clock P. M: carried,. Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Wash - burn and Clark present on roll call. !!loved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for receiving bids for paving the alley in Block 4, Inglewood Addition, Local Improvement District No. 507, and the bid of J. M.
