C -209, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIldA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to construct a water system to serve all the lots, blocks and parcels of land included within the real estate hereinafter described, said improvement to consist of the completion of the necessary mains, fire hydrants, valves and other appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for domes- tic use to each lot and tract of land within the proposed district. That the district to be served by and assessed for the above described improvement is described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the north line of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 13 North, Range 18, E. W. M., 165 feet east of the northwest corner of said subdivision; thence east 330 feet; thence south and parallel with 'the center line of Broadway Avenue 665 feet; thence west 330 feet; thence north 665 feet to the point of beginning; the above water-system to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifi- cations to.be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections, if any, at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 5th day of October, 1936, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor as pro- vided by law and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to sub- mit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be by him submitted.
