Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 6th, 1936 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -194, A RESOLUTION authorizing the improvement of certain streets in the City of Yakima, Washington, by grading, surfacing and preparing the roadway for an application of Raylig Road Binder. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the preparation of the roadway by day labor on certain streets lying east of the Northern Pacific Railway in the City of Yakima, as shown by the.accompanying map, according to the State Department of Highways, Standard Specifi- cations, be and the same is hereby authorized under the provisions of Chapter 111 of the _Laws of 1935. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COT:MISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKI.MA: That the Application of Raylig Road Binder to certain streets within the limits of the City of Yakima, as shown on the accompanying map, according to the State Department of.Highways Standard Specifications, be and the same is here- by authorized under the provisions of Chapter 111 of the Laws of 1935. Moved by Clark, seconded by,Washburn that the City Engineer having reported the comple- tion of the Barge Street Sewer in Local Imr)rovement District No. 506, in the sum of x$7,518.87; it is hereby ordered that said improvement be accepted and the City .Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, August 10th, 1936 at 9 o'clock A.14: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
