Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clark authorized to issue warrants as follows: Secondary Highway $716.34; Cemetery $75.60; Cemetery Care $390.60; Parks $468.50; Street $329.87; Sanitation $110.10 and Garbage $425.75: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll. call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following claims numbered from 33474 to 33578, Inc., in the sum of $13,265.75 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Ex ense $3,891.86; L.I.D. Guaranty $1 „400.00; Delinquent Property Sales $355.91; Accident 153.40; Municipal $974.37• L.I.D. Revolving 84383.15; Cemetery .204.78; L.I.D. Revolving 762.51; Irrigation $910.8+; P. R. & P. .35; Cemetery Care'$34.65; Cemetery Trust 1383-15; Municipal Garage $2.92.50; Permanent Highway$3,514.28• Water Dept Fund $433 * 00; Incinerator $20,520.53; Secondary Highway $4,400.88;Parks 41,296.69 and'Water $5,268.33: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that the City Engineer having reported the comple- tion of the irrigation district in Local Improvement District No. 508 by the Contractor, J. M. DeBlasio, in the sum of $3,920.77; it is ordered that the City Engineer prepare an assessment for said district and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice of hearing on said assessment roll for Monday, July 20th, 1936 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on Reso- lution No. C -190, for constructing a sewer in Block 2, Highland Home Tracts and there being no objections thereto in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creating.a Local Improvement District be passed and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to advertise for bids -for the doing of said work to be received Monday, July 6, 1936 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. .ORDINANCE NO. B -146, entitled,° AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property in the City of Yakima, Washington, by ",the construction of a sewer; establishing a local improvement district, providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating; a special fund ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -146 be passed to its second reading and read`by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -146 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. B -114;7 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE amending Part II, Section 2, of Ordinance No. B -22, entitled AAN ORDINANCE regulating and restricting the location of trades industries; regulating and limiting the use of buildings and premises and the height and size of buildings; providing for yards, courts or other open spaces; and establish- ing districts for the said purposes ", by adding to said section certain additional dis- tricts and changing; the boundaries of other districts ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk.. B -148, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE amending sub- section "L" of Section. 1 of Ordinance No. B -86, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE enumerating, defining and declaring cer- tain places, things and acts to be nuisances; providing for the abatement thereof,;} pro- viding penalties for the causing, keeping, maintaining, permitting, suffering or allow- ing thereof, and declaring an emergency ", and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Temple and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -148 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
