Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, June Sth, 1936, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for the adjourned hear- ing on Resolution No. C -185, providing for the paving of thealley in Block 4, Ingle- wood Addition, and the exception of Ve.likan:j�e & Velikanje, Attorneys, heretofore taken in-regard to the supplemental adoption of Resolution No. 0-190 in lieu of Resolution No. C -161 which originally provided for said improvement; it was ordered that said ex- ception be over -ruled and that the City proceed with the improvement under Resolution No. 0-188, adopted May 18th, 1936 and•the City Attorney is hereby instructed to pre= pare condemnation proceedings therefor and such-other and further proceedings as are necessary in connection with said improvement: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by-Clark, seconded by Washburn that -the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor: Secondary Highway $749.00; Water Dept. $328.95: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. 1loved by Temple, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Friday, June 19th 1936 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ADJOURNED liEETING, FRIDAY, JUNE 19, 1936, 9 A. M. The City Commission met pursuant to ad4purnment, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Wash-, burn and Clark present on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C- 192,'WHEREAS, the City of Yakima requires that a traffic line be painted along the center line of State Road -No. 3 & 5 through the City of Yakima for the protection of traffic; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA, that inas- much as the City of Yakima,is not equipped to do such work, that the State of Washing- ton, Department of Highways!is hereby requested to furnish all necessary labor, mater- ials, supplies and equipment, and to paint said traffic line on the State Highway through the City of Yakima;'and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of said traffic line painting will be paid by the City of Yakima from Secondary Highway funds and that the State of Washington Department of Highways is hereby authorized to make such charge against said funds to the credit of the City of Yakima.
