Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, April 20th, 1936 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation and Garbage $652.65 Cemetery J2.45; Cemetery Care $283.50; Park $321.00; Sewage Disposal $478.65; L.I.D. Revolving. 264.26; Secondary Highway $745.01; carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that claims Nos. 33367 to 33372 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense 8129.66; L.I.D. Revolving $14.68; Water Claims Nos. 7750 to 7760 Inc., in the sum of 248.00: carried, Temple,,Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -137, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Washington, of certain property contiguous to the present boundaries of 'said City ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -137 be passed.to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -137 be passed'to its third reading and reed in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -137 be passed as finally -read: carried, Temple,.Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, April 30th, 1936 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
