Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of.Monday, April 6th, 1936 be' approved as:Iread.:_ 6a-rried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, sei City Clerk authorized 81.90; Cemetery Care 296.50 and Secondary on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -186, -londed by Temple that the following payrolls be allowed and the to issue warrants as follows: Sewage Disposal $445.01; Cemetery $75.60; Street Dept. $206.25; Garbage $390.00; L.I.D. Revolving Highway $704.64: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COT1.,1I.SSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: , That it is its intention to construct an irrigation system to serve all the lots, blocks and parcels of land included within the real estate herein- after described, said improvement 'to consist of acquiring the necessary water rights and rights of way, the construction of a main pipe line connecting with the West Yakima Water System at the intersection of Twenty - fourth Avenue North and Summitview.Avenue and extending west on Summitview Avenue a distance of 185 feet, together with the completion of the necessary laterals, service connections and other appurtenances for the purpose of delivering water for irrigation purposes to each lot and tract of land withini.the proposed district. That the district to be served by and assessed for the above de- scribed improvement is described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of Twenty- fourth Avenue North and Summitview Avenue; thence west along Summitview Avenue to Twenty -fifth Avenue North; thence north along Twenty -fifth Avenue North to the south line of Lot 58, Lundy Lane; thence west along the south line of Lots 58 and 59 to Twenty -sixth Avenue North; thence north along Twenty -sixth Avenue North and the west line of Lot 70, Lundy Lane, to the Pacific Power and Light Company's Canal; thence southeasterly along said canal to Twenty- fourth Avenue North; thence south along Twenty - fourth Avenue North to the point of beginning; the above irrigation system to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objection, if any, at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 4th day of May, 1935, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto; and for determin ng�•the method of pay- ment therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid Improvement.- The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property .legally and properly assessable therefor as provided by law and as above described; and the City engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other infor- mation required by law to be by him submitted.
