Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 30th, 1936 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that this being the time for receiving bids for. the $50,000.00 Yakima Water Works Series "C" bonds, the following bids Were received: Blythe & Company Premium $210.00 Interest 3 :1/4% Harold H. Huston & Co " 100.11 " 3 1/1I% The National Bank of Commerce (Yakima Branch) " 100,36 " 3 1/2% West Side National Bank " 101.00 " 3 1/2% Wm. P. Harper & Son & Co If 100.032 " 3 1/2% A. J. Strom & Co_ " 101,17 " 3 l /4o Grande, Stolle & Co " 100.21 " 3 1/4% Drumheller, Ehrlichman & White If 135.00 " 3 3/41, Paine, Rice & Co '� 100.00 i' 3 %� The bid of the Paine, Rice & Co being the highest and best bid,, the award was made to said Company: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark _voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -135, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install- ments of assessments levied for.the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Im- provement District :too. 502, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attach- ed for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -135 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and.Clark voting aye on roll call. 1f:oved by Clark, seconded by Temple, that Ordinance No. B -135 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
