The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
March 30th, 1936 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that this being the time for receiving bids for.
the $50,000.00 Yakima Water Works Series "C" bonds, the following bids Were received:

The bid of the Paine, Rice & Co being the highest and best bid,, the award was
made to said Company: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark _voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -135, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments levied for.the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Im-
provement District :too. 502, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attach-
ed for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Washburn and read
by the City Clerk.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -135 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and.Clark voting aye on roll
call.
