The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioner Clark present
on.roll call, Mashburn absent.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of. the regular meeting of Monday,
February 10th, 1936 be approved as read: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye on roll
call, Washburn absent.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that the following claims numbered from 32998 to 33107
inc., in the sum of $11,924.10 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
on the following funds: Current Expense $3,999-30; Municipal $2,722.11; L.I.D. Guaranty.
$4,000.00; L.I.D. Revolving $489094; Delinquent Property Sales $215.19; Irrigation $33.81
Policemens' Relief & Pension $13.00; Bond Sinking $4.49; Cemetery $9.95; Municipal Garage
14-20.28; Firemens' Relief & Pension $$16.0.0; Park Dept., claims Nos. 824 to 828 inc.,
52.82; Secondary Highway $109.82; Water Deposit Fund $123.00 and Water Fund $14, 848.35:

Clerk - authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $114,19; Sanitation and Gar-
bage $456.06; L.I.D. No. 506 $168.82; Secondary Highway $556.37; Cemetery $75.60:

exists requiring the expenditure of money not to exceed the sum of $15,000.00 to finance
the collection and disposal of garbage, which was not heretofore provided. for in the

budget for the ensuing year, be read by the City Clerk and 3a id on the table for one
week,: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that this being the time for confirming the assess-
ment roll in Local Improvement District No. 502, and an adjustment being agreed upon be-
tween certain property owners•in said district who had objected to the amount of their
respective assessments; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll
and every part thereof be passed as finally read: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye
on roll call, Washburn absent.'
ORDINANCE NO. B -127, entitled "AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment rollcovering Lo-
cal Improvement District No. 502, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -92 of
the.,-ordinances of the City of Yakima ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk.
