Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of-Monday, December 9th, 1935.and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that claims amounting to $20, 502.72, numbered from 32694 to 32807 inc. be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants in payment therefor on the following funds: Current Expense $3,849.76; L.I.D. Guaranty $324.00; L. I.D. Revolving 2, 741.94; Cemetery Trust $$9, 607.26; F. R. & P. $�2, 000.00; Cemetery $77.85_; Accident $125.50; Fixed Estimate $25.00; Sanitation $59.91; Municipal $207.03; Road & Bridge $8.72; Irrigation $109.15; Garage $531.75; Parks 434.85; Water Dept. claims Nos. 7419 to 7490 inc., $15,051.72: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ADJOURNED MEETING, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1935,.9 A. M.. The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Temple, and Commissioners Wash- burn and Clark present on roll call. RESOLUTION N0. C -169, WHEREAS, the City of Yakima has heretofore, by Ordinance No. B -121, provided for the construction of a sewage disposal plant, and as part of the acouisition of the completed plant, the necessary purchase or condemnation of certain property in Section 29,_ Township 13 North, Range 19, E. W. M., of which property Clara D. Sanford is the owner; and WHEREAS, satisfactory terms have been arranged for the purchase of said. property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the purchase of and from Clara D..Sanford of the following described property, situate in the State of Washington and Cbunty of Yakima, to-wit: The North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range Nineteen (19), E. W. M., for the total purchase price of Ten Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($$10,000.00) be consum- mated by the City of Yakima. DATED at Yakima, Washington, this 17th day of December, 1935. M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
