The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn
and C1arw present on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 4th, 1935 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that this being the time fixed for receiving bids
for coal for the various departments of the Cityfor the ensuing year, 'it is ordered
that the bid of the Yakima Cascade Coal Company for Patrick No. 1 in the sum of $4.47
per ton is hereby accepted as the lgwest and best bid: carried, Temple, Washburn and
Clerk voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for receiving bids on
material for constructing a sewer system on Pleasant-Avenue and other streets in Local
Improvement District No. 505, and Barge Street and other Streets in Local Improvement
District No. 506 in the City of Yakima,'the following were accepted as the lowest and
best bids and contracts were awarded to the following firms:

Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: L.I.D. Revolving $289.14; S,anita-
tion $370.40; Cemetery $48.85; Cemetery Care $78.80; and Park $9.06: carried, Temple,
Washburn and Clark v of ing- aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Temple, Washburn
and Clerk voting aye on roll call.
