Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, October 21st, 1935.be, approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark vot-
ing aye on roll call.
Moved.by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $772.88; Parks $72.00;
Cemetery $75.60; Cemetery Care $189.00; L.I.D. Revolving $429.92 and Sanitation $370.40:
carried, Temple, Mashburn and Clark vot ing' aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -117, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property
in the City of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a pipe sewer, together with
wye branches, manholes, flush tanks and water connections therefor, establishing a
local improvement distriot,; providing for method of payment therefor, and creating a
special fund," was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -117 be passed.t o its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -117 be ;assed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -117 be passed as finally
read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the City Clerk is hereby.authorized -to give
notice to bidders for material to be used in constructing a sewer on Pleasant Avenue
and other streetsin the City of Yakima in Local Improvement District No. 505; said bids
to be received Tuesday, November 12th, 1935 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn to meet Friday, November
lst, 1935 at 9 O'clock A.- M: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
