Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutesof the regular meeting of Monday,. October 14th, 1935 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call: Moved by Washburn seconded by Temple that the following claims amounting to $32,261 -$3 numbered from 32444 to 32530 be be allowed and the City Clerk-authorized _ to issue warrants on the following funds:' Current Expense 45, 279.53; Municipal $$220.63; L..I.D. Revolving $$285.50; Irrigation $136.-14; Cemetery $56.89; Delinquent Property Sales $105.77; Road & Bridge 413.63; Permanent Highway $$50.00; L.I.D. Maintenance #308 $2.7$; Cemetery Trust $19,787.81; Accident $$3,000.00; Municipal Garage $323.15; and L.I.D. Guaranty $3,000-00; Secondary Highway $11,205-75; Parks $212.25; Water Deposit $13,234. 00 and Water Dept. $8,223.28: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark 'voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C -154, providing for a sewer on Pleasant Avenue and other streets in the City of Yakima, and there being no protests in writing or otherwise to said improve - went, or any part thereof, it is ordered that an ordinance creating a local improvement district be passed: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION N0. C -162, WHEREAS, the City of Yakima has heretofore, as of date of Septem- ber 20, 1935, called and redeemed those certain outstanding registered warrants, in- cluding principal and interest, in the sum of $11,149.71, a complete list of said war- rants, together with proper identification thereof by number, the date of-issuance, and the owner' thereof, being attached hereto, labelled "Schedule All and made a part hereof, and, WHEREAS, said warrants were redeemed from that certain Fund of -the City of Yakima known as the "Fifth Avenue Improvement Fund," and WHEREAS, it is necessary to reimburse said "Fifth�Avenue Improve- ment Fund" for such sums so expended in redeeming said warrants, and the "Secondary Highway Fund" of the City of Yakima is the proper fund to be .charged with such reim- bursement, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That the proper city officials be, and they are hereby author- ized and directed to draw a warrant upon the "Secondary Highway Fund" of the City of Yakima, in the sum of $$11,149.71, payable to the City Treasurer of the City of i!akima for the reimbursement of said "Fifth -Avenue Improvement Fund" in such sum.
