The City Commission met.in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll cell.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday,
September 3, 1935 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as reed: carried, Temple,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call._ .
RESOLUTION NO:. C -151, 'A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of .the West 110 feet of Lot 1,
Block 152 "Natches .Addition to North Yakima" Tnow Yakima) according to the official
plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County,
Washington, to A. A. Williams and Ida Williams, husband and wife.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima, is the owner of the following described
real property situated in the County of Yakima, State of Washington, to -nit:
West 40.feet of Lot 1, Block 152, "Natches
Addition to North Yakima" (now Yakima) ac-
cording to the official plat thereof now
on file and of record in the office of the
Auditor of said Yakima County
by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of the City of Yakima to said City
of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent assessments, and,
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said "ity,of
Yakima to sell said. premises to A. A. Williams and Ida Williams, husband and wife.

That said above described premises be

ized to be sold to A. A. Williams and Ida Williams, husband

of Twenty -two and 76/100 ($22.76) Dollars, and the Mayor, H.
C.
Temple,
is hereby author-
ized to execute a deed to said premises, and the City Clerk,
Pearl Benjamin,
is herby
authorized and directed to attest the same for and on behalf
of
the said
City of Yakima.

Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Resolution No. 0-151 be adopted as read:
carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -109, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. B -67 of the City. of
Yakima by adding a new section entitled Section 7 -A and substituting a new section for
Section 14, and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Temple and reed by the .City
Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -109 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call..
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B- 109.be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll-call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No.-B-109 be passed as finally read:
