The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple.and Commissioner Clark. present
on -roll call, Commissioner Washburn absent.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
August.5th, 1935 be approved as read: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye on roll
call, Washburn absent..
Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the construction of-an irrigation system in Local Improvement District'No. 503, by
the city under force-account, amounting to- $7, x+09.49; it is hereby ordered that said
work be accepted and the City Engineer directed to prepare an assessment roll for said
district and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll for
Tuesday, September 3rd, 1935 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Temple and Clark voting aye
on roll call, Washburn absent.
Moved by Temple, seconded,by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried; Temple and Clark
voting aye oin roll call, Washburn absent.
