Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 15, 1935 and adjourned meeting thereof, be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants -as follows: Street Dept. $1,350.31; Cemetery $113.40; Cemetery Care $$302.40; Parks $623.51; L..I.D. Revolving-047-07; Water $522.43; carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by 'Mashburn, seconded by Temple, that the following claims in the sum of $36,354. 75, numbered from 32065 to 32214-inc., in the sum of $36,354-75 be' allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $4061. 7 , Irrigation $243.81; Bond Sinking $19,830.60; Municipal $1,437.87; L.I.-D. C- 136,•A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of Lot 4, Block G, South Park Addition to North Yakima, (now Yakima)) WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner of the following describ- ed property situated in Yakima County, State,of Washington, to -wit: Lot 4, Block G, South Park Addition to North Yakima, (now Yakima), according to the official plat thereof now on. file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by.reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treas- urer of the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent assessments, and WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to A. W. Losey. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That said above described premises be and they are hereby author- ized to be sold to A. W. Losey for the total sum of Seventy -five and No /100 ($75.00) Dollars, and the Mayor, Harry C.
