Proved by_.Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
June 17th, 1935 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on.roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as.follows: Street Dept. $1,329.27, L.I.D.
#502 $360.41; L.I.D. #.503 $735.73; Parks $265.59; Cemetery $113.40; Cemetery Care
$285_. 40: carried, . Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that in accordance' with Section 61 of Ordinance No.
B -99, passed and approved May 27th, 1935, the.following named persons are hereby
appointed to the Examining Board for Plumbers: G. W. Leichnitz, Master Plumber;, Jack
Crimin, Journeyman Plumber and E. A. Jensen, Chief Plumbing Inspector, shall constitute -
the Examining Board. James Sanderson, Master Plumber,. Geo. J. Rish, Journeyman Plumber.
and E. A. Jensen, Chief Plumbing Inspector shall constitute the Advisory Board. Such
members shall act in such capacity during the pleasure of the City Commission: carried,

ORDINANCE NO. B -101, entitled. "AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City
of Yakima, Washington, of certain property contiguous to the present boundaries of
said City ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk..

ORDINANCE NO. B -102, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City
of Yakima, - Washington, of certain property contiguous to the present boundaries of
said City ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk.

RESOLUTION NO. C -132, WHEREAS, under and by virtue of Chapter 3, Session Laws of 1935
of the State of Washington, a certain proportion of the funds derived from the state
gasoline tax is allotted to cities for construction, maintenance and improvement of
the streets of said cities; and
WHEREAS, it- is required by the State of Washington, Department
of Highways, that a system of streets to be known as the City Secondary Highway System
be set aside and established, upon which system of streets said funds shall be expended;
and
WHEREAS, certain indebtedness has heretofore been incurred by
the City of Yakima for the acquisition of a right of way for the construction of State
Road No. 5 through the City of Yakima, and particularly along 5th Avenue North from
West D Street to 6th Avenue North; NOW, THEREFORE,.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1: That there is hereby created a system of streets, to
be designated as "City of Yakima Secondary Highway System ". Said system shall be di-
vided into four divisions, as follows:
1. Street or streets forming part of the route
of the primary highway system of the State of.
Washington.
2. Main arterial streets not included in Clas-
sification 1.
3. All paved streets not included in Classifi-
cations 1 and 2.
4. Other streets not included in Classifications
1, 2 and 3, in order of their importance from a
traffic standpoint..
Said divisions, until March 31, 1936, shall consist of the follow-
ing streets, hereinafter divided into classifications, together with definite designa-
tion as to the portion of.each street,included in said system, the type of surface of
said streets,, the width of said streets, and the le_ ngth in feet of said streets to be
so included in such classification:

now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington.

WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner .of the following de-
scribed real property situated in Yakima County, State of .Washington, to —wit:

That said above described premises be and they are hereby, authorized
to be sold to W. J. Aumiller, whose wife is Anna G. Aumiller, for the total sum of Two
Hundred Seventy Eight and 19 /100 ($278.19) Dollars, and the Mayor H. C. Temple, is here=
by authorized to execute a deed to said premises, and the'City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin, is
hereby authorized and directed to attest the same for and on behalf of said city.
