Mayor Temple and Commissioners 'Mashburn the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon - carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for receiving bids on the.sewer in Block 410, of said city, L.I.D. No. 504, the following were received: Redmon - Turner on concrete $1, 3�j4.50 Redmon - Turner " Clay 1,548.00 H. Huston " concrete 11059.90 H. Huston " clay 1,059.90 The bid of H. Huston being the lowest and best bid, it is ordered that said contract be awarded•to him upon the filing of a proper bond as required by law: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following claims numbered from 31946 to 32058, inc., in the sum of $31,820.11 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $3 934.06; L.I.D. Guaranty $600.00; Delinquent Property Sales $589.83; Bond Sinking $10,465.79; Cemetery Trust $6,.614.23; Accident $18.61; L.I.D..Revolving $4,415.25; Municipal $1,573.97; Cemetery $537.49; Irrigation $122.32; Park $306.55; Permanent Highway $17.32; R & B $6.13; Water Dept. $2,305.33: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call Moved by Clark, seconded by Temple that the bond of H. Huston in the sum of- $1,150.86 for constructing a sewer on West A Street in L.I.D. No. 504 is hereby approved and pl'aced on file with the City Clerk: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye .on roll call. - RESOLUTION NO. 0-131, A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of Lot 3, Block G, South Park Addition to North Yakima, (now Yakima), according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington. To: A. W. Losey and Maude L. Losey, husband and wife. WHEREAS, the.City of Yakima is theowner of the following describ- ed premises situated in Yakima.County, Washington, to -wit: Lot 3, Block G. South Park Addition to ' North Yakima, (now Yakima), according to the official plat there- of now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of the City of Yakima to said City of Yakima, on sale of the said property f or'delinquent assessments, and, WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of the City of Yakima to sell said property to A. W. Losey and Maude L. Losey, husband and wife. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That the above described premises be and.they are hereby author- ized to be sold to A. W. Losey and Maude L. Losey, husband and wife, for the total sum of Seventy - five,and No /100 Dollars, ($75.00), and the Mayor, H. C. Temple, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed to said premises and the City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin, is hereby authorized and directed to attest the same for and on behalf of the City of Yakima.
