Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, May 20th, 1935 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye „Mon roll call.' Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following payrolls be allowed and the City-Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,345.88; Cemetery Care,$340..21; Cemetery $113.40; Park Dept. $390.00; Revolving Fund, L.I.D. 502 $382..4; Police Dept: for Pioneer Day Celebration $97.65: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye- on roll .call.. Moved by Temple,. seconded by Clark that the Building Inspector,.'E. S. Lueth be author- ized to direct A. B. weed to expose certain portions of his building on North First Street for inspection by said Building Inspector, relative to the safety and satisfac- tory construction of said building: carried, Temple, Washburn and. Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE N0. B -97, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of Lot 9, Block 67, Town - of North Yakima (now Yakima), according to the official plat thereof recorded in Volume. "A” of Plats, page 10, and rerecorded in Volume "E" of Plats, page 1, records of Yakima County,. Washington, to Clayton Leroy Rich, whose wife-is Minnie Jane Rich," was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by- Clark, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -97 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
