Moved by Iffashburn, seconded by Temple that following claims amounting to the sum of $43,739.25, numbered from 31814 to 31936 inc., be allowed and the-City Clerk author - ized'to issue warrants on the following funds; Current Expense $2,815.33; Bond-Sinking $28,209-53; Municipal $5.,149,.70;_ Delinquent Property Sales $2,077.-61; Accident $12.00; F. R. & P. $1,037.92; L.I.D. Guaranty $200.00; Cemetery $449.28; Cemetery Trust $2038.89 Irrigation $734.23; L.I.D. Revolving $746.80; Garage $215.21; Permanent Highway $52.75; Parks $108.9g and Water $2,535.74: carried, Temple., Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B- 962.entitled, 10AN ORDINANCE Providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Washington, of certainproperty contiguous to the present boundaries of said City ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that Ordinance No. B -96 be passed to its second . reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
