Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, May 13th, 1935 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following payrolls be.allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept.' $1,321.06; Park $409.13; Cemetery $113.40; Cemetery Care $315.15: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Loved by Clark, seconded by Temple that the following report -of N. A. Gilman on bids received for irrigation pipe for L. I. D. No. 503 is hereby accepted and contracts awarded according to his recomendations as follows: Crane & Co. on Items 1, -2 -& 3, $3,305.70; Rensselaer Valve Co. on Items 6, 7 & 5, $159. 2; Inland Pipe & Supply Co. on Item 12, $106.60; Iowa Valve Co. on Items 13 & 14, $145.00: carried, Temple, Wash- burn and Clark voting aye on roll'call. RESOLUTION NO. 0-126, A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of Lots 15, 19, the East 105 feet of Lot 20, the East 105 feet of Lot 21, the East 105 feet of Lot 22, Block 71, Original Town of North Yakima, (now Yakima), according to the official plat thereof. now-on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington. WHEREAS,.the City of Yakima is the owner of the following describ- ed real property situated in Yakima County, State of Washington, to -wit: Lots 15, 19, the East 105 feet of Lot .20, the East 105 feet of Lot 21, the East 105 feet . of Lot 22, Block 71, Original Town of North Yakima, (now Yakima) according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office -of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treas- urer of'the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent local improvement assessments, and WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to F. L. Pitman. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That said above described premises be and they are hereby.author- ized to be sold to F. L. Pitman, for the.total sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty - eight and 21/100 ($1,955.21) Dollars, and the Mayor, H. C. Temple, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to said premises, and the City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin, is hereby au- thorized and directed to attest the same for. and on behalf:__of the said-City of 'Yakima.
