T'raeCity Commission met in regular session, Mayor Temple and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that the minutesof the regular meeting of Monday,
April 1st, 1935, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Temple,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. , _
ORDINANCE NO. B -90, entitled, . "AN ORDINANCE creating a special fund of the City of
Yakima, to be known as -the MUNICIPAL FUND, setting out the sources of revenue for such _
fund, and providing for disbursement therefrom ", was introduced by Washburn and read
by.the City Clerk.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -90 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Droved by Temple, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -90 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -90 be passed as finally read:
carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn: carried, Temple, Wash-
