Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
January 21st, 1935 be approved as read: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting
aye -.on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by 'Mashburn that the application of H. L. Snyder for permis-
sion to operate 35 one cent merchandise vending machines be granted and the City Clerk
-instructed to issue a license therefor: carr.ied,, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on _roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that claims numbered from 31450 to'31471, inc.,
in the sum of $2,045.05 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants in
payment therefor on the following funds: Current Expense $497.05; L.I.D. Guaranty
$500.00; P.R. & P. $1,049.00; Park Dept. Nos. 708 -709 $26.go; water Dept. $78.00:
carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Temple, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn: carried, Temple, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
