Moved by Clark, seoonded by Washburn that the claim of Thyra Stott in the sum of $1500.0 for damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of falling in front of the unfinish ed building ,known as the Naches Hotel on the 6th day of November,. 1934, was referred to the City Attorney for investigation and upon his report and recommendation, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue a warrant on the Accident Fund in the sum of $300.00 for damages in full for said injury: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn,. seconded by Temple that the claims numbered from 31392 to 31449 inc., in the sum of . $17,164.02 be allowed, and the City Clerk authorized to _issue warrants on the followi funds: Current Expense $4,960.12; Bond Sinking $8,027.53, Delinquent.
