Moved by Temple, seconded by Clark that Jessie F. Scott be reapp.ointed to serve as sec- retary to the board of trustees of the Public Library, to serve for a term of five years: carried, Temple, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Temple that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,265.51; Cemetery $53.50 and Water Dept. $450.80: carried, Temple, .-Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
