The C -ity Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll calf.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of 'Monday,
December 17th, 1934, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Strat-
ton,- .'Mashburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following warrants be cancelled:
Warrant No. 6232, issued to Ray Hendrickson December 27, 1933 in the sum of $2.75 on
the Road & Bridge Fund, and one issued to Safe Guard Distributing Co., Warrant No. 9332
in the sum of $1.00, dated June 19, 1933 on the Current Expense Fund: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed,and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,290.18 and Cemetery.
$45.00: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims in the sum of $73,866.
32 numbered from 31299 to 31352 inc,., be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue
warrants on the following funds: Current Exense $634.28; L.I.D. Guaranty $1,000.00;
Bond Sinking $p36, 605.54; Cemetery Trust $27,0'44,39; Permanent Highway $ 8, 000.00;
P. R. & P. Fund $242.50; Fixed Estimate $25.00; Irrigation $$21.65; Road & Bridge $$291.71;
Cemetery $1.25: carried, Stratton, Washburn:.,and Clafk voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
