RESOLUTION NO. 0-97, WHEREAS, on the 24th day of April, 1931, the City of Yakima, a
municipal corporation, entered into a real estate agreement with Louis J. Roy and Marie
S. Roy, husband and wife,, for the sale of;

East 1201 to beginning,
AND, WHEREAS, the sum .of Ninety Two and 50/100 ($92•,.50) Dollars
is still unpaid and owing on said contract, and'
WHEREAS, said purchasers have assigned their interest iri said
contract to Merlin Jones and Hi].da' Fern Jones; - husband and wife,
NOW, TH�EEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION of the City
of Yakima, that the said assignment of contract above set forth is hereby ratified and
approved.
ADOPTED by the City Commission, signed and approved this 3rd day
of December, 1934.
