The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
11oved by.Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of.the regular meeting of Mon-
day, October 29th, 1934 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried,
Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. C -93 for the .vacation of Block 274, Ker's Addition to the City of Yakima, and
no .protes.t being made .by any property owner. against the vacation of said block, ..or
any part thereof, it is ordered that an ordinance providing for said vacation be passed:
carried, Stratton, Washburn aid Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims numbered from 31040 to
31120 in the sum of $6,571.21 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants
on the following funds: Current Expense $3,894.45; L.I.D. Guaranty $800.00; Cemetery
$166.09; Irrigation $879.49; Road & Bridge $376.20; Permanent Highway $4.50; Lighting
$63.20; Municipal Garage $398.28: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark wting aye on
roll-,call.
Moved by St.ratton,. seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn.: carried, Stratton, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
