The City Cpmmission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn,
and,,.Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
October 15, 1934 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton, that the following claims in the sum of $20,
638.59, numbered from •30999 to 31039 inc., be allowed and the Cit Clerk authorized to
issue warrants therefor on the following funds: Current Expense L07-�3; Irrigation
$1107.07; Bond Sinking 9000.64; L. -I.D. Guaranty $3500.00; Delinquent Property Sales
$1351.955; L.I.D. Revolving $35.00; Cemetery $6.38; P.R. & P. Fund $430.05; Cemetery
Trust $4591.67; carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that after careful consideration of the petition
requesting a change of the classification of the zoning ordinance from Class "B" to Class
11C",-it was unanimously decided not,to make said change at this time: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Loved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that there being no further business to come before
the Commission we do now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Washburn andClark voting aye on
roll call.
