ORDINANCE NO. B -77, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE- providing for the leasing of Lot 19, Block
5, Tennant & Miles Modern Addition to the City of North Yakima (now Yakima), the grant -
ing of an exclusive option to purchase to W. M. Barto and Daisy E. Barto, husband and
wife, and directing the execution of necessary instruments to evidence said agreement ",
was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -77 be passedto its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
