Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutesof the regular meeting of Monday,
August 20th, 1934 be approved as read: carried, - Stratton, Washburn a nd Clark voting aye
on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. C -91, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Yakima, Wash-
ington, that said city take legal action to_procure_the possession of
Lot -9, Block 22, Tenant & Miles Modern Addition to the
Town of North Yakima, now Yakima, according to the
official recorded plat thereof,
said property now being occupied by E. Ballard; And the city attorney of Yakima be and
he is authorized and directed to take whatever legal action is necessary in order -to
obtain possession of said premises for said City of Yakima.
DATED this 27th day of August, 1934.

30795 inc., be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following
funds: Current Expense $490.78; Cemetery x$35.00; L.I.D. Guaranty $300.00; Irrigation
$12314.19; Bond Sinking $38,696.56 and Indebtedness y$243.71: carried, Stratton, Wash -
burn. -and Clark voting aye on roll call.
