Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutesof the regular meeting of Monday, August 20th, 1934 be approved as read: carried, - Stratton, Washburn a nd Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -91, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Yakima, Wash- ington, that said city take legal action to_procure_the possession of Lot -9, Block 22, Tenant & Miles Modern Addition to the Town of North Yakima, now Yakima, according to the official recorded plat thereof, said property now being occupied by E. Ballard; And the city attorney of Yakima be and he is authorized and directed to take whatever legal action is necessary in order -to obtain possession of said premises for said City of Yakima. Guaranty $300.00; Irrigation $12314.19; Bond Sinking $38,696.56 and Indebtedness y$243.71: carried, Stratton, Wash - burn. -and Clark voting aye on roll call.
