RESOLUTION NO. 0-902 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASH - INGTON: That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima,_Washington, to improve Fifth Avenue North by the construction of Portland ce- ment concrete sidewalks four feet in width, along both sides thereof, from Cherry Avenue to Poplar Street, and along the west side thereof from Poplar Street to a point 144.38 feet north of the same, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in.connec- tion therewith, all in accordance with plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with the City'Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notifiedto appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at the hour of nine o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 10th day of September, 1934, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto and for determining the method of pay- ment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hear- ing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost's, and expenses of said improvement shall be borne by the assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as pro- vided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission, at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other in- formation required by law to be submitted by him. ORDINANCE NO. B -75, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the use of the city dump grounds for hog feeding purposes and providing for revenue therefrom ", was introduced by.$tratton and read by the City Clerk.
