Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 9th, 1934 be approved as.read: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Stratton absent. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,017.34; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care $438.00; Park $391.03 and Water Dept. $308.92: carried, Washburn and-,.Clark voting aye on roll call, Stratton absent. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that claims in the sum of $77t966.87 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds in payment there- of to merit: Current Expense $2,664.13; Bond Sinking $23,212.84; L.I.D. Guaranty $1500.00; Irrigation $486:84; Accident $5,068.00; Cemetery $$127.56; Road & Bridge 251.53; L.I.D. Revolving $470.57; Municipal Garage X33.00; Lighting $63.20; P. R. & P. 3,089.0'0; F.R. & P. $1,000.00; Cemetery Trust $40,000.00; Water Dept. claims 6559 to 6613 inc.$4,412.90; Park Dept. claims 635 to 648 inc., $293.77: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Stratton absent. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, July 12th, 1934 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Stratton absent. ADJOURNED MEETING, THURSDAY, JULY 12th, 1934, 10 A. M.. Moved by Mashburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time for receiving bids,on leasing the East 90 feet of Lots 11 2, 3 and 4 of Block 13, City of Yakima, and the v/ General Petroleum Corporation of California being the only bidder for said property; it is ordered-that said hearing be postponed and final decision be continued until a later date to be hereafter fixed by the City Commission: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye__on roll call, Stratton, absent. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that there being no further business to come be- fore the Commission we do now adjourn: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call, Stratton absent.
