Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, June 18th, 1934.and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. „ a Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,038.48; Permanent Highway $96.00; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care $447.00; Park $397.95: carried, Stratton Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, June 25th, 1934 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ADJOURNEn MEETING, THURSDAY, JUNE 25th, 1934, 9 A. M. Moved - by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the City Clerk is hereby authorized -to give notice to,Bidders by publication as required_by law for leasing of the East 90 feet of Lots 1, 2 3 and 4, Block 13, City of Yakima, said bids to be received on Thursday, July 12th, 1934 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B--72, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance 'No. B -65, passed by the City Commission, signed and approved April 23, 1934 ",.was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -72 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
