The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
June 18th, 1934.and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.

City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $1,038.48; Permanent
Highway $96.00; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care $447.00; Park $397.95: carried, Stratton
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, June
25th, 1934 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.

Moved - by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the City Clerk is hereby authorized -to give
notice to,Bidders by publication as required_by law for leasing of the East 90 feet of
Lots 1, 2 3 and 4, Block 13, City of Yakima, said bids to be received on Thursday, July
12th, 1934 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
ORDINANCE NO. B--72, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance 'No. B -65, passed by the
City Commission, signed and approved April 23, 1934 ",.was introduced by Stratton and
read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -72 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -72 be passsd,to its -third
reading and read in full: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on 37011 call

to 30551 inc., in the sum of $19,552.53 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to is
warrants as follows: Bond Sinking $19,209.63; Road and Bridge $200.00 and Current Ex-
pense $142.90: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
