'Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, April 16th, 1934 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -68, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE directing.the sale by the City of Yakima of the east 90 feet of lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, block 13, Town of North Yakima (now Yakima) ac- cording to-the official plat thereof recorded in Volume "Al' of Plats, Page 10, and re- recorded in Volume "E" of•Plats,- Page 1, of the records of the County Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, to General Petroleum Corporation,of California, a corporation, for the consideration of $18,450.00, and authorizing the execution of a deed by the City of Yakima, through its Mayor and City Clerk, and delivery thereof to said Grantee ", was in- troduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No. B -68 be passed to its second ,reading'and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll.- call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No. B -68 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call Moved by dlark, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No. B -68 be passed as finally read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: claims in the total amount of $19,050.74, numbered from 30183 to 30307 inc., and segregated as follows: Current Ex- pense $3,769.73; Cemetery $596.97; Cemetery Care 77.71; Irrigation $559.40; Road & Bride $6.95; L.I.D. Revolving $56.93; Lighting $13.20; P.R.& P.$166.15; L.I.D. District $8.1.; Municipal Garagge $2.58.52; Del. Property Sales $159.39; L.I.D. Guaranty 700.00; Bond Sinking $11,648.66; Fifth Avenue Improvement $979.99; Park claims Nos. 60 to 611 inc., in the sum of $77.42 and Water claims Nos. 6386 to 6452 inc., in the sum of $6,950.09: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by -Clark that there being no further business to come be- fore the Commission we do now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call..
