Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, April 9th, 1934 b:e:'approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye___on roll call. Moved.by Washburn, seconded.by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the_ City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $12000.82; Cemetery $72.00• Cemetery Care $438.00; Park Dept. $254.00; Fifth Avenue Improvement $3,71..01 and Water 4590.40: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the application cense to permit public dancing at 409 -411 East Yakima Avenub cation of E. W. Lind for permission to.opera.te a cabaret and East Yakima Avenue, known as the "Town Club" be granted and to issue licenses therefor: carried, Stratton, Washburn and call. of E.
